Christmas brings us the greatest gift ever given when God sent His Son Jesus into the world. The angel's message to the shepherds reveals the source of true Christmas joy: Jesus is our Savior who rescues us from sin, the Christ who fulfills all prophecies, and the Lord who deserves to reign over our lives. True joy comes not from temporary celebrations but from making room for Jesus in every area of our hearts and lives. When Jesus is truly King, it shows in our daily obedience, our eagerness to share the good news, and our freedom from sin's curse. This Christmas, we must ask ourselves: Is Jesus really the Lord of our lives, or have we only given Him a small corner?
